Light Tube Recycling
Another aspect of Zelex (UK) Ltd is that we specialise in the collection and recycling of fluorescent light tubes, sodium lamps and energy efficient light bulbs (Compact Fluorescent Lamps) in our state of the art wet and dry recycling facility.
Used fluorescent light tubes, sodium lamps and compact fluorescent lamps (CFL's) are defined as hazardous waste and must be recycled correctly. Disposing of these lamps and bulbs in your general waste holds severe consequences for you and the environment. Failure to dispose of your light tubes, bulbs, sodium discharge lamps and halogen lights correctly, could lead to prosecution and fines.
We provide all the documentation on the recycling process required by the Environment Agency and your ISO accreditations. We offer a simple solution whatever volume of lamps and bulbs you produce.
Waste transfer notes are issued and a full audit trail is available on request.
